Description
Ryohei Yasuda is a Scientific Director at the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience (MPFI). His lab researches the role of synaptic plasticity in dendritic spines in learning and memory.
In addition to his scientific career, Dr. Yasuda is an accomplished pianist. He has performed in public events, including MPFI’s Science Meets Music series, where he has accompanied cellist Jordan Anderson on piano. These performances often feature classical repertoire such as Brahms’ Sonata in E Minor for Cello and Piano and Bach’s Suite No. 3 in C Major for Cello, alongside Schumann’s Fantasiestücke.
