The Butler Opera Center is one of the nation’s premier opera training programs, preparing emerging singers, vocal coaches, and stage directors for professional careers in music. Led by Director Tamar Sanikidze, the program combines intensive individualized training with extensive performance experience, including participation in multiple fully staged operas each year with full orchestra. With a curriculum that embraces both traditional opera repertoire and contemporary works, the Butler Opera Center attracts a diverse community of talented artists and provides a highly personalized environment designed to foster artistic growth and professional success.
