Service Statement

The candidate must provide a statement (limited to two pages) summarizing their contributions, leadership, performance, and trajectory of service to the University of Texas, academic and professional organizations, and/or communities and the impact of their service.

• Honors, awards, and recognition related to service should be discussed.
• The candidate may also address the professional impact of COVID-19 on their service activities.
