Mentoring Statement

The candidate must provide a statement (limited to two pages) that summarizes their accomplishments and goals related to mentoring. 

• Candidates must address formal and informal mentoring activities, including work conducted at another institution. 
• Candidates are encouraged to reflect on the impact of their mentoring contributions and describe their plans to improve outcomes for students and other mentees. 
• Honors, awards, and recognition related to mentoring must be discussed. 
• The candidate may also address the professional impact of COVID-19 on their mentoring activities.
