I am broadly interested in how hippocampal neurons encode and represent contextual information in a manner subserving memory. More specifically, my research investigates the mechanisms underlying the encoding of socio-spatial information by CA2 place cells during social interaction using in vivo electrophysiology and modulation of endogenous neuropeptide circuitry in rodents.
